Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of FlyoSIM websites, applications, support channels, checkout systems, and prepaid data plan services (collectively, the "Services"). You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these rules.
1. Permitted Use
- Use the Services for personal or internal business travel connectivity needs.
- Access purchased data plans only through authorized devices and account credentials.
- Follow installation, activation, and troubleshooting instructions provided by FlyoSIM.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services for any unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purpose.
- Fraud, identity misrepresentation, synthetic identity use, or payment abuse.
- Unauthorized resale, sublicensing, account sharing, or redistribution of purchased plans.
- Malware distribution, phishing, denial-of-service, scraping, automated abuse, or intrusion attempts.
- Interference with FlyoSIM systems, network partners, or other users’ access.
- Use connected to prohibited goods, sanctions evasion, or illegal jurisdictions.
3. Network Integrity and Fair Access
- No deliberate traffic manipulation intended to degrade service quality for others.
- No use of tools designed to bypass plan limits, regional coverage limits, or billing controls.
- FlyoSIM may apply technical controls to preserve stability and prevent abuse.
4. Payments, Disputes, and Abuse Controls
- Chargeback abuse or false dispute claims are prohibited.
- Users must provide truthful evidence for support, refund, and dispute review.
- Repeated payment risk events may result in transaction decline, account restrictions, or permanent termination.
5. Security Obligations
- Maintain account credential confidentiality and use strong authentication practices.
- Promptly report suspected compromise to support@flyosim.com.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent service security.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
Use of the Services must comply with applicable law, including consumer protection law, sanctions and export controls, cybercrime law, and payment network rules.
FlyoSIM may restrict access in jurisdictions or transactions where legal, compliance, or risk controls require restriction.
7. Enforcement
When policy violations are identified, FlyoSIM may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue warnings and request corrective action.
- Suspend, limit, or terminate account or service access.
- Block transactions and cancel orders subject to refund policy and applicable law.
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where legally required.
8. Reporting Violations
To report suspected policy violations, contact support@flyosim.com with relevant account references, timestamps, and supporting evidence.
9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Pricing Information, and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service will govern to the extent permitted by law.
