Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how FlyoSIM uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit flyosim.com and related services.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites and services. They help provide secure sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, and support core service operations.

2. Cookie Categories We Use

  • Strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, and fraud prevention.
  • Functional cookies to remember settings such as language or display preferences.
  • Performance/analytics cookies to understand service quality and usage patterns.
  • Marketing measurement cookies, used only after a separate opt-in.
  • Diagnostic cookies for troubleshooting reliability and error conditions.

3. Why We Use Cookies

  • Keep you signed in and protect account sessions.
  • Maintain checkout stability and service continuity.
  • Detect suspicious behavior and prevent abuse.
  • Improve product performance and user experience.

4. Third-Party Technologies

When enabled and permitted by your choices, FlyoSIM uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for aggregate site and experience measurement. Microsoft Clarity is limited to the public marketing website. Meta Pixel is a separate marketing category and is configured without advanced matching. Google Search Console helps us understand search discovery and does not require a visitor analytics cookie from FlyoSIM. When marketplace measurement is allowed, terminal purchase and refund values may be measured using an opaque analytics reference; FlyoSIM excludes raw order identifiers and confirmation-page URLs.

5. Cookie Retention

  • Session cookies generally expire when the browser session ends.
  • Persistent cookies remain for a limited time or until deleted.
  • Retention duration depends on purpose, security needs, and legal obligations.

6. Managing Cookie Preferences

Use the “Privacy choices” control on the site or marketplace to accept, reject, or revise optional analytics and marketing measurement. Optional measurement is denied until you choose. Rejecting optional measurement does not disable account login or checkout, which rely on strictly necessary technologies. Browser controls can also block, restrict, or delete cookies.

7. Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have one universal technical standard. Where a browser exposes Global Privacy Control, FlyoSIM keeps the marketing measurement category disabled.

8. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy for legal, operational, or technical reasons. Updated versions are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
