Travel connectivity help

Practical eSIM guides

Start here if you are new to eSIMs, preparing a phone before a trip, or trying to restore mobile data after arrival. These guides explain the choices you control while noting where menus, plan terms, and local network behavior can differ.

Choose what you need help with

Before you buy or install

Confirm that your phone supports eSIM, is not restricted to another carrier, and supports the mobile bands used at your destination. Read the plan details for included destinations, data allowance, validity, and the event that starts the plan. Availability, speed, and connection quality can vary with local network conditions.

When you are ready, browse FlyoSIM destinations. The current plan page and checkout are the source for plan-specific terms; the coverage disclaimer explains important service limitations.

A safer setup routine

  1. Save the installation details somewhere you can reach without mobile data.
  2. Install over a stable internet connection and keep your existing SIM enabled until setup is complete.
  3. Label the new line clearly, such as “Travel,” so it is easy to select later.
  4. Check the plan’s activation rule before connecting at your destination.
  5. Keep the eSIM profile installed while troubleshooting unless support specifically asks you to remove it.

Still unsure?

General instructions cannot account for every device, software version, or carrier configuration. Contact FlyoSIM support and include your phone model, destination, and order ID when asking about a purchased plan.
