Delete your FlyoSIM account
Account deletion starts inside the signed-in FlyoSIM app. This protects your account while keeping the request available from the same Profile area used to manage your account.
Start in the FlyoSIM app
- Open FlyoSIM and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile, then choose Delete account.
- Complete the requested recent-authentication and confirmation steps.
- Save the private status link shown after FlyoSIM accepts your request.
What happens after acceptance
FlyoSIM revokes account access and begins an asynchronous deletion process. Direct account identifiers and credentials are deleted or anonymized. A request stays visible as pending, processing, retrying, needing review, or completed until every required action reaches an accountable outcome.
Records that must remain for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or another legal obligation are minimized, pseudonymized where appropriate, access-restricted, and retained only for the applicable period. Deleting an account does not erase an independent legal obligation or an already active service immediately.
Check deletion status
The accepted request provides a private receipt link at app.flyosim.com/account-deletion. The receipt is carried in the link fragment, removed from the address bar immediately, and used only to request the current deletion status. A generic link without that private receipt cannot reveal account status.
Do not share or publish your receipt link.
Active eSIMs, orders, and refunds
Review active eSIMs, pending orders, receipts, and refund needs before confirming deletion. FlyoSIM does not hide the deletion option because an order or eSIM exists, but deleting access may limit your ability to retrieve installation details or manage an active service afterward.
